Type the Pin number and the Serial Number on your scratchcard in
the appropriate boxes.

Click the 'Start Registration' button.
|
| 5. |
Select your state and neighborhood.
|
| 6. |
Complete the registration form and submit. |
|
7. |
Print out your exam card. |
